Every 11-12 months we change our hens for a new ones in order to keep the quality of the eggs. Before we received the younger hens a special company is coming to deep cleaning and disinfect all the facilities.

Twice a year we have a very hard audit by the government. They analysed eggs, water, fodder and all the facilities to prevent any kind of infection like salmonella.
